  5.       CHOPPER was a program designed to allow the transfer of large  files
  6.   between hard drives and across platforms. By allowing the user to select
  7.   any path name with a disk changing option, large  files  may  easily  be
  8.   split onto floppy drives, tape drives, etc.With the addition of the size
  9.   option any size device may be used to its full capacity.
